This policy explains what Soccer Predictions collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the iOS and Android apps and to this site.
Device and app data: operating system version, app version, language, region and a randomly generated install identifier. This identifier is not tied to your name or email.
Usage data: which screens you open, which leagues you follow and which matches you star. We use it to decide what to build next and to keep the fixture list relevant.
Diagnostics: crash reports and performance traces when the app fails.
We do not ask for an account, a phone number or a payment method to read predictions. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos or health data. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
To deliver fixtures, odds and predictions; to remember your favourites and settings on your device; to diagnose crashes; and to measure aggregate use of features. Where consent is the legal basis — analytics and notifications — you can withdraw it in Settings at any time.
Favourites, theme and league preferences are stored on your device. Aggregate analytics and crash reports are processed by our providers in the EU and the United States under standard contractual clauses, and retained for 14 months.
Fixtures, odds and results come from licensed sports data providers. Analytics and crash reporting are handled by processors bound by contract to use the data only on our instructions. If the app shows adverts, advertising identifiers are used only with your permission on the platform tracking prompt.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with your install identifier, and you can object to analytics processing. Email privacy@soccerpredictions.app and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Some predictions relate to betting markets; the app is intended for adults.
If this policy changes materially we will note it in the app before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.
